As a personal trainer I know the importance of eating healthy and maintain a clean diet. You either have to cook it yourself, eat out and make healthy choices, or find a great meal prep place. I personally enjoy green heart and their meals and their $5 Saturday’s are an absolute blessing! Keep up the great work!

We LOVE fresher! My husband and I work crazy hours and sometimes hardly see each other much less have time to cook! This allows us to have a quick good meal at anytime and keeps me from worrying about our daughter. I know she has a good breakfast before school and dinner when she gets home. Thank you Freshter!

You will not be disappointed! The food is seasoned well and they have excellent selections!!! The portion sizes are perfect and Saturday the meals are only $5.00!! It's a great deal! ASK FOR ITALY!!! ITALY WILL HELP YOU PICK OUT THE BEST MEALS AND SHE IS ONE OF THE BEST PEOPLE THAT I'VE EVER MEET!

So glad we found this place! Helps us eat well when we get super busy, or just too lazy to cook. 8 meals for $60 with tax. Great variety, good value, great taste, and super convenient.

I’m getting cancer treatment and needed healthy, tasty, prepared meals soI went by Freshter yesterday. I got two breakfast meals and a Shepherd’s Pie. They are gone! So after my treatment today, I went by and got 4 more. The

The food is surprisingly much better than it looks, not that it looks bad...it just looks healthy! I've only had the turkey burger so far, but it's very flavorful. Also, the young man that assisted me with my selections yesterday was very helpful and kind. He let me know about some great deals they have on certain days of the week. Will definitely be back.

This place is a must if you are trying to save money and eat clean food. The shrimp scampi, pesto zoodles, lasagna, etc is all amazing. So far out of 10 meals, there are two that I would not get again simply because of my disliking for the vegetables in it. I am excited each day to try a new meal which makes the experience so fun. The workers I have encountered at the Perkin's location have been exceptional. I buy 20 at a time for 5 lunches and dinners for the week which comes out to $127 on Saturday.

I love coming here! It makes my week so much easier. I don’t have to worry about cooking and cleaning. The meals are delicious and nutritious. The korean beef bowl, lasagna, and the spaghetti meat sauce are my top 3 favorites. They are really yummy and help me with my gym journey.

Love the store, walk in pick out what you want, call in or order online for larger orders, i haven't had a bad meal yet. I eat for numbers and GHMEALS provides clean fuel for me. Meals are always seasoned well, taste amazing, look good, fill you up, fuel your muscles, cant go wrong.

Get my meals for the week here have been great so far. Staff is very friendly. This makes my weekly meals way easier and the deal on Saturdays is phenomenal!
